How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £3.99. Orders over £19.99 qualify for free next day DPD delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive a DPD tracking link by email or SMS.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight?
Yes, we deliver to all UK destinations. Remote locations are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Are your products genuine?
Yes — we only stock 100% genuine products from authorised UK distributors. We never stock counterfeit or illegal vapes.
What nicotine strength should I choose?
This depends on how much you smoked. Light smokers typically start at 3–6mg, moderate smokers at 10–12mg, and heavy smokers at 18–20mg or nicotine salts at 10–20mg. Our in-store team are always happy to advise.
What is the difference between freebase nicotine and nicotine salts?
