They sold me a returned item. I am absolutely seething. They sold me this item which has already been used. The protective film under the pod was already removed, it has residue & it doesn't work. It won't even charge.

My wife Diane has now used Menthol for about 2 years and is happy with the flavour.
Your mail order service was excellent and delivered the day after ordering. However I have always had good service from my local VAPEHQ store at Bramley (South Yorks) so when the shop is allowed to re-open after the Covid 19 problems, I will be back to collecting my products.
