Poor packaging, turned up smashed Ordered 3 replacement glass tubes for my vape and they were packed in just a jiffy bag and sent via royal mail. They arrived completely crushed, much to my dissapointment.
I contacted customer services who immediately sent out replacements. I asked for this to be sent in a box to ensure the same thing didn't happen again, to which they agreed.
However, replacements arrived quickly via a courier rather than royal mail but again, we're packed in a jiffy bag. Thankfully, the glass was okay this time around.
As far as the tubes go, they come in small innokin official boxes so fit perfectly with my Crios tank.
