Easy Street I have used Vape HQ for nearly a year now, always used the local shop (very good - but not always convenient to go to town!) During lockdown, I decided to order online from registration to delivery the process was easy. I know you don't get the personal service as in the shop, but I only ever have Menthol so don't need the knowledge of a person to advise on different products.

Very sickly Didn't taste of lemon and it was a little too sickly for my taste, it's a shame as I really like the other vampire vape flavours.

Disappointment on everything but the actual product Pre lockdown, I tried a friends juice, loved it so much i decided to order from here instead of my usual store (Mirage). I paid for Royal mail 24 and 50Ml Bubblegum (£16.99 total - no nic shot)... that was 3 weeks ago.
To add insult to injury, the bottle that got delivered was already used! Both seals broken etc.
I send emails, I did get replies but for some it was much later than what is understandable.
Anoyingly enough I do like the liquid, great taste and it keeps its consitency etc. But i am not happy with the service. I never write reviews because I always give the benefit of the doubt, but come on guys. I spent £17 on a 50ml bottle I expected to get in a day or two, worst case a week as a trial run and even that was a catastrophic failure. Your liquid is brilliant, the rest needs sorting out.
9/10 on actual liquid
1/10 product safety (in COVID times, shouldnt be delivering already USED PRODUCTS)

Smok rpm40 Staff at vape are great, will always use vapehq. Bought this vape kit and ok to use, but the pods that go with it are useless, designed not to last a reasonable time, the rubber lip cover to fill the pod is flimsy, lasts a couple of days, goes soft leaks, or falls into the tank, so you will constantly be buying pods, be aware
