Mouthpiece I loved it from day one of getting this. Really smooth and good taste. However 5 days in (having only used it in my living room) when i put it to my lips to use the mouthpiece broke on my lips. I sent an email to vape hq when it happened asking for just a mouthpiece to buy but haven't heard anything back. I am now looking at paying out another £20 for a new tank just so i can get a new mouthpiece as it seems you cant just buy the mouthpiece. Not great customer service!

When our first order was delivered, the vape box did not have a seal around it. When I opened the box, one of the glasses were broken and the other glass was fill of vape juice. There were no batteries included. I contacted customer services with my concerns to why this product was able to leave your warehouse without being checked. If this was checked before it left, I would like to know how this failed to be delivered in its correct state. We were sent out another vape that was delivered in its correct security packaging. Please could you investigate to why the first vape was delivered in its incorrect state. Mrs Prosser
