Not impressed with customer service! I made my order on 30th April, I received this request for a review on the 10th May and my product still hadn't arrived, so I rang customer service and they apologised and told me there was a problem on the shipping end and that they would resend and also double my order as a thank you for my understanding. I received my order on the 16th May, but they did not double it!! The product is great though.

Quality starter kit Spent fortunes on ecigs but could never pack the cigs in... This one is different..the flavour is great , easy to fill, autodraw or button, battery is great and eliquid seems to last. I haven't found a bad point yet. (Well the little rubber filling tab slit a little- but you change them anyway with the coils) deffo be buying another as a spare. 👌

Terrible charging only worked occasionally as well as trying to smoke it would only work sometimes it was very intermittant i can feel something rattling around inside which i think is the built in battery and now only after using it for about 3 weeks its completely dead and there is no way of taking it apart to see if there is loose connections on the circuit board which i think is because the battery moves around too much
